DELOS Summer School 2008: Registration Payment

Your registration will not become final until we receive payment. Cancellations received before May 16th, 2008 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after May 16th, 2008 but before May 27th, 2008 will incur a charge of 25% to cover administration costs. Refunds for cancellations after May 27th, 2008 cannot normally be made. Substitutions of participants may be made at any time up to the start of the school. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or money order, banker's draft or international cheque.

Registration and Course Fees

University students, PhD students and postdoctoral researchers can access a limited number of DCC, Feltrinelli Foundation, HATII, or DPE sponsored student bursaries which cover tuition fees, single-occupancy accommodation, and full-board at the conference venue. These bursaries will be granted on a first come, first served policy. Please refer to our bursary terms and conditions for more details.

Bursary Terms and Conditions

If you are a full-time or part-time University student, PhD student, or a postdoctoral researcher you are eligible for a DCC, Feltrinelli Foundation, HATII, or DPE sponsored student bursaries which will cover tuition, accommodation, and full-board. Travel to and from the Summer School is not included in the bursary and must be covered by the registrant.

To register for one of the DCC, Feltrinelli Foundation, HATII, or DPE sponsored bursaries, go to our registration page (http://www.dpc.delos.info/ss08/registration.php) and select "student" as your sector type on the registration form, you will then be asked to provide additional information to allow us to verify your status. DELOS reserves the right to request additional proof of student status as required. Unless we notify you within one week of your registration that we have a problem with your request for a bursary you can assume that, if you are a bona fide student, you will be allocated a bursary. Further information will then be forwarded to you regarding hotel accommodation. When we have no further bursaries to award the system will stop awarding them automatically.

For registrants who are not students in accredited academic/research institutions your registration will not become final until we receive payment. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or money order, banker's draft or international cheque (see notes on payment methods –need a link to this still). For those who register prior to May 16th 2008, registration fees are 200 Euros. Registration fees for those who register after May 16th will be 400 Euros. Registration fees include:

Credit Card

Payment by credit card can be done by printing and filling-in the credit card payment form, and sending it via fax to the school secretariat (Francesca Borri, fax +39 050 315 3464). Please note that we can accept only VISA and Mastercard credit cards for payment of the registration fee. The credit card payment form is autogenerated upon registration and emailed to registrants directly. In the event of difficulties, please contact the course secretary at francesca.borri@isti.cnr.it.

Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer can be done with the following information.

If you select the bank transfer option upon registration, a bank transfer form is autogenerated upon registration and emailed to registrants directly. In the event of difficulties, please contact the course secretary at francesca.borri@isti.cnr.it.

Money Order

The money order, banker's draft or international cheque should be made payable to "Ettore Ricciardi - Treasurer" and sent, along with a copy of your registration information, to the school secretariat.
